I ordered a Kangaroo Carrier from them. My credi card was charged and have yet to receive any order or shipping confirmation. In fact, the company (Kent International) who processes the order from Kizproducts has no proof or paper work from them so basically there is no record. I called Kidzproducts, they never returned my phone call and now their answering machine has been disabled. Apparently the owner of Kidzproducts is on vaction for 2wks. So now I won't get my order for possible 3wks after they said to expect it in 5-7days! Do not order from them, who knows if they are legit?
