what is the best projector mount

Details: I have a standard Optima projector that looks like it has a three point mount. Does anyone have any opinions on the best standard mount to mount it on a ceiling?

Depending on the projector, why not ask the audio visual department of your local community college or the photo department. They could tell you the good values.. I don't know if you are talking movie or slide projector-- so that would make a difference too
