I checked Cnet for this and they didn't have a lot of good things to say about the Nokia. the Pantech was exactly the same as the c300 but with blue tooth. small, flat and an adequate phone. the Nokia doesn't indicate it has blue tooth-- the photo quality is less than stellar.
