In terms of music selection and quality it's currently XM/Sirius. I personally don't like the idea of paying for radio though. So if I were to get something today I'd get a HD Radio receiver and start praying that more stations become available.

During my free trial of satellite radio, I thought XM/Sirius had a good variety of stations from music to talk shows to even a comedy station.
