I'm not a teen anymore - I wish I was! Forever21 seems to be pretty popular. The store is always packed.

I'd go for Forever 21, very simple and elegant. Rue 21 has a more "pop" look in its fashion.

I definately say Hollister. It's hard to go wrong there. Abercrombie is only for a certain type of person and can have negitive associations. I would almost advise against Forever 21. There are so many styles that may not last long, plus the quality is iffy.

It really depends on the type of style you really look for, Theres also Anchor Blue, Pacsun, and American Eagle Depends on the style, I'm a teenager but I don't shop at Hollister and Abercrombie because the cost and its just not my style.
