I'm a huge fan of these golean roll bars for breakfast. they keep me satiated for a while due to their high fiber content -24% of your recommended daily intake. they're very tasty, but they are very chewy.

these are also very tasty bars.. both the golean and luna bars can be a bit on the sweet side, however. i guess it depends on your taste. http://www.lunabar.com

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. There's the healthy approach, classic breakfasts, and everything in between. Cream of Wheat hot cereal when it's cold outside. Eggs are quick to make and a good source of protein which will keep you filled longer. High fiber cereals like Kashi

Include protein and go easy on or eliminate the starches unless you are a very young and or highly physically aerobic-active person on a fdaily basis-or an athlete and going to train that day, Portions of cheese, a bit of fruit- avoid juice. Hard boiled or other form of eggs-ese more egg whites(or egg-beaters) if choesterol is an issue for you..Any type of breakfast meat on alternate days or substitute morningstar farms vege links or patties( alittle high in sodium but otherwise good choice). Remember "Protein- the anti hunger drug".yoghurt -especially with sweeteneed granola can be too high in sweeteners, milk itself has milk sugar and the fruit and or sugars added can add up to a poor choice-casuing energy crashing down later on. Beware of energy bars: notorious for being heavy with sweeteners and or starches.
