Amy's isn't cheap but they sure do look delicious. I saw them on TV a while ago. If you need a bunch, they might be a little too expensive though. http://www.amyscandykitchen.com

These caramel apples come in fun halloween decorations. i don't think they are cinnamon, though.

I second Amy's Candy Kitchen. If you're looking for gourmet candied apples this is probably the place to get them. Otherwise I'd consider making them at home or even having a station for your guest to do it themselves.
