Hey there. As long as your knife isn't too thick and you're okay with wooden frames (I like them) I suggest taking a look at http://www.customdisplays.com They have a variety of sizes and it's very easy to mount. A lot of places sell frames with just the foam but these guys offer a nice selection of colored velvet to match your knife and decor. Hope that helps.
