Last year we bought a digital photo frame from Circuit City for my Grandparents. Although they liked the thought I noticed it was unplugged when we went back in March. Here's one suggested model at your price point. If quality is a main concern you may want to increase your budget.

www.DigiFrames.com has lots of models and brands. Best online specialty store I've seen.

In our area, if you want to go in and just shop and buy, go to Fry's. The had at least a dozen different ones when I was there a week ago. I bought my 9" display from them for $49.95, but that was Black Friday. Forget finding one that large at that price now. Good Luck!
