What are the best Bluetooth headphones suitable for music or video chat?

Thanks to the popularity of the iPhone and cellphones that double up as MP3 players the best ones are the A2DP compatible bluetooth headphones. The bad news here though is that you'll likely have to get a A2DP dongle since most laptops don't support that protocol. I also think the technology is still far from perfect. I think it's the fact that it has to get sent over the air and then decoded that messes it up. Although you'd think with 2.1 Mbit/s is more than enough bandwidth for good sound. But I digress. To answer your question Motorola seems to be leading the charge thus far and that would be my recommendaton. Again, you might want to look into the A2DP dongle.
