What is the best pen (for everyday use) to give as a high school graduation gift?

A Montblanc would be fantastic but they are definitely not inexpensive. I believe the Génération de Montblanc is the most affordable at $230. The Meisterstück is one of the classics but that one is a bit more $325. If that is too expensive, check out the pens from Waterman. I think they offer a great value.

I agree with Eric. Montblanc makes some of the finest pens but they are pricey. Waterman is the best bang for the buck in my opinion though. Parker is probably the next line in case both are out of your price range.
