Flo.. I would check out the inserts from Dr. Scholls.. there are a NUMBER of them as well as some from foot petals (a brand you can find online) and some others that will cushion the ball of your foot. Till you heal the foot you need to use bandaids till you find the right insert. I know that celebs (yes. this is a *really useful tip*.. ) double & triple up the fall of the foot cushions to keep their feet from hurting when they are wearing 3-4++ inch heels. that's the only way they can handle it Posted: Oct 13th 2007, 08:22 |
