egoh 		No problem. I'm not sure how much help I can be since I've never used an iPhone with Windows (only with OS X) but I found this link: http://www.apple.com and you might want to also try temporarily turning off any anti-virus software.

tdevil 		I think so, it depends. Did you get back the same 360? or did you exchange it for a new one? It could be that whomever repaired it, didn't do a good job. If you get it again, you might be able to exchange it for a completely new one but you will have to talk Microsoft's customer service department.
